צפו [צֹפָ֞יו] עִוְרִ֤ים כֻּלָּם֙ לֹ֣א יָדָ֔עוּ כֻּלָּם֙ כְּלָבִ֣ים אִלְּמִ֔ים לֹ֥א יוּכְל֖וּ לִנְבֹּ֑חַ הֹזִים֙ שֹֽׁכְבִ֔ים אֹהֲבֵ֖י לָנֽוּם׃
I suoi guardiani sono tutti ciechi, senza conoscenza; Sono tutti cani stupidi, non possono abbaiare; Delirante, sdraiato, amante del sonno.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Their watchmen are blind: they know nothing, all of them are dumb dogs, they are not able to bark, they are slumbering, they lie down, they love to sleep.
