וְהֻסַּ֤ג אָחוֹר֙ מִשְׁפָּ֔ט וּצְדָקָ֖ה מֵרָח֣וֹק תַּעֲמֹ֑ד כִּֽי־כָשְׁלָ֤ה בָֽרְחוֹב֙ אֱמֶ֔ת וּנְכֹחָ֖ה לֹא־תוּכַ֥ל לָבֽוֹא׃
E la giustizia è allontanata all'indietro, e la giustizia si allontana; Perché la verità è inciampata nell'ampio posto e la rettitudine non può entrare.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And justice is turned away backward, and righteousness standeth afar off: for they that follow truth stumble in the street; and they that follow faithfulness cannot shew themselves.
