Targum su Isaia 66:10

שִׂמְח֧וּ אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלִַ֛ם וְגִ֥ילוּ בָ֖הּ כָּל־אֹהֲבֶ֑יהָ שִׂ֤ישׂוּ אִתָּהּ֙ מָשׂ֔וֹשׂ כָּל־הַמִּֽתְאַבְּלִ֖ים עָלֶֽיהָ׃

Rallegrati con Gerusalemme e sii felice con lei, tutti voi che la amate; Rallegrati di gioia con lei, tutti voi che piangete per lei;

Rejoice ye on account of Jerusalem, and be ye glad on account of her, all ye that love her: rejoice greatly with her, all ye that mourn for her:
