וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא אוֹדְךָ֣ יְהוָ֔ה כִּ֥י אָנַ֖פְתָּ בִּ֑י יָשֹׁ֥ב אַפְּךָ֖ וּֽתְנַחֲמֵֽנִי׃
E in quel giorno dirai: 'Ti renderò grazie, o Eterno; Perché sebbene tu fossi arrabbiato con me, la tua rabbia è allontanata e tu mi conforti.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And thou shalt say at that time, I will confess before Thee, O Lord, for that I have sinned before Thee, Thine anger is upon me; but when I return to the law, Thine anger will turn from me, and Thou wilt have mercy on me.
