הָאֹמֵ֤ר לְכ֙וֹרֶשׁ֙ רֹעִ֔י וְכָל־חֶפְצִ֖י יַשְׁלִ֑ם וְלֵאמֹ֤ר לִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ תִּבָּנֶ֔ה וְהֵיכָ֖ל תִּוָּסֵֽד׃ (ס)
Quella dice di Ciro: 'È il mio pastore e compirà tutto il mio piacere'; Anche dicendo di Gerusalemme:'Deve essere costruita'; E al tempio:'La mia fondazione sarà posta.'
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
That promises Cyrus that He will give him a kingdom; and that he shall establish all my pleasure, even to him that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built, and the temple shall have its foundation laid.
