צְוָחָ֥ה עַל־הַיַּ֖יִן בַּֽחוּצ֑וֹת עָֽרְבָה֙ כָּל־שִׂמְחָ֔ה גָּלָ֖ה מְשׂ֥וֹשׂ הָאָֽרֶץ׃
C'è un pianto per le strade in mezzo al vino; Tutta la gioia è oscurata, L'allegria della terra è sparita.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
They cry for wine in the streets; all joy is ended: all gladness is removed from the land.
