אֶת־עַ֥ם נוֹעָ֖ז לֹ֣א תִרְאֶ֑ה עַ֣ם עִמְקֵ֤י שָׂפָה֙ מִשְּׁמ֔וֹעַ נִלְעַ֥ג לָשׁ֖וֹן אֵ֥ין בִּינָֽה׃
Non vedrai le persone feroci; Un popolo di un discorso profondo che non riesci a percepire, di una lingua balbettante che non riesci a capire.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Thou shalt not be able to see the government of a mighty people, whose language is so unintelligible that thou canst not understand it, whose tongue stammereth, because there is no understanding in them.
