עֲנִיָּ֥ה סֹעֲרָ֖ה לֹ֣א נֻחָ֑מָה הִנֵּ֨ה אָנֹכִ֜י מַרְבִּ֤יץ בַּפּוּךְ֙ אֲבָנַ֔יִךְ וִיסַדְתִּ֖יךְ בַּסַּפִּירִֽים׃
O tu afflitto, gettato dalla tempesta e non confortato, ecco, io metterò le tue pietre di bei colori e getterò le tue basi con zaffiri.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
O distressed city that receiveth affliction, concerning her the nations say, She shall not be comforted: behold, I lay the stones of thy pavement with mosaic, and thy foundations with costly stones.
