Targum su Numeri 13:18

וּרְאִיתֶ֥ם אֶת־הָאָ֖רֶץ מַה־הִ֑וא וְאֶת־הָעָם֙ הַיֹּשֵׁ֣ב עָלֶ֔יהָ הֶחָזָ֥ק הוּא֙ הֲרָפֶ֔ה הַמְעַ֥ט ה֖וּא אִם־רָֽב׃

e vedi la terra, di cosa si tratta; e le persone che vi abitano, siano esse forti o deboli, siano poche o molte;

and survey the country, what it is, and the people who dwell in it; whether they be strong or weak, few or many;
