Targum su Numeri 14:40
וַיַּשְׁכִּ֣מוּ בַבֹּ֔קֶר וַיַּֽעֲל֥וּ אֶל־רֹאשׁ־הָהָ֖ר לֵאמֹ֑ר הִנֶּ֗נּוּ וְעָלִ֛ינוּ אֶל־הַמָּק֛וֹם אֲשֶׁר־אָמַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה כִּ֥י חָטָֽאנוּ׃
E si alzarono la mattina presto e li portarono in cima alla montagna, dicendo: 'Ecco, noi siamo qui e saliremo nel luogo che l'Eterno ha promesso; poiché abbiamo peccato.'
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And they arose in the morning and went up to the top of the mountain., saying: Behold, we will go up to the place of which the Lord hath spoken; for we have sinned.
