Targum su Numeri 22:29

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר בִּלְעָם֙ לָֽאָת֔וֹן כִּ֥י הִתְעַלַּ֖לְתְּ בִּ֑י ל֤וּ יֶשׁ־חֶ֙רֶב֙ בְּיָדִ֔י כִּ֥י עַתָּ֖ה הֲרַגְתִּֽיךְ׃

E Balaam disse al culo: 'Perché mi hai deriso; Avrei avuto una spada in mano, per ora ti avevo ucciso.'

And Bileam said to the ass, Because thou hast been false to me; if there was now but a sword in in hand, I would kill thee.
