Targum su Numeri 29:9

וּמִנְחָתָ֔ם סֹ֖לֶת בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן שְׁלֹשָׁ֤ה עֶשְׂרֹנִים֙ לַפָּ֔ר שְׁנֵי֙ עֶשְׂרֹנִ֔ים לָאַ֖יִל הָאֶחָֽד׃

e la loro offerta di pasti, farina fine mescolata con olio, tre decimi per il bufalo, due decimi per il montone,

and their mincha of wheat flour mingled with olive oil, three tenths for the bullock, two tenths for one ram,
