Targum su Numeri 31:7
וַֽיִּצְבְּאוּ֙ עַל־מִדְיָ֔ן כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֑ה וַיַּֽהַרְג֖וּ כָּל־זָכָֽר׃
E hanno combattuto contro Madian, come l'Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè; e uccisero ogni maschio.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And they warred against Midian, circumventing them from three corners, as the Lord had instructed Mosheh, and they killed every male;
