וּמֹשֶׁה֙ בֶּן־שְׁמֹנִ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה וְאַֽהֲרֹ֔ן בֶּן־שָׁלֹ֥שׁ וּשְׁמֹנִ֖ים שָׁנָ֑ה בְּדַבְּרָ֖ם אֶל־פַּרְעֹֽה׃ (פ)

Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And Mosheh was the son of eighty years, and Aharon the son of eighty and three years, at their speaking with Pharoh.
