מֵרָח֕וֹק יְהוָ֖ה נִרְאָ֣ה לִ֑י וְאַהֲבַ֤ת עוֹלָם֙ אֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ עַל־כֵּ֖ן מְשַׁכְתִּ֥יךְ חָֽסֶד׃
나 여호와가 옛적에 이스라엘에게 나타나 이르기를 내가 무궁한 사랑으로 너를 사랑하는 고로 인자함으로 너를 인도하였다 하였노라

appeared to me I, the prophet, and told me to say to the congregation of Israel, “With everlasting love have I loved you.”

“Again you shall take up your timbrels, etc.” [31:3]. You will go out of the exile with much joy and goodness, just like someone who goes with timbrels and with dances.
