내가 내 분노를 네게 쏟으며 내 진노의 불을 네게 불고 너를 짐승 같은 자 곧 멸하기에 익숙한 자의 손에 붙이리로다

And afterwards they decreed about grooms' crowns — not to put them on at all — and that the groom not place any coronet on his head, as it is stated (Ezekiel 21:310), "Remove the turban and lift off the crown!" And likewise did they decree about brides' crowns if it was of silver or gold; but if it is of strands (from plants), it is permissible for a bride.

And similarly, (the Sages) decreed on the crowns of grooms not to wear at all, and not dress the groom on his head with any wreath, as it says "Remove the turban and lift off the crown" (Ezekiel 23:31). And similarly it was decreed on the crown of a Bride if it is silver yet of thread is permissible. And this is specifically on a bride and groom, but other people, men and women, it was not decreed.
