This caused the Holy Spirit (Ru’ach HaKodesh) to withdraw from him, which was replaced by a spirit of distortion (Ru’ach Eeveem)452Samuel I 18:12; 16:14-15 and elsewhere; Isaiah 19:14 that rested upon him.
