וְיִשְׂמְח֨וּ כָל־ח֪וֹסֵי בָ֡ךְ לְעוֹלָ֣ם יְ֭רַנֵּנוּ וְתָסֵ֣ךְ עָלֵ֑ימוֹ וְֽיַעְלְצ֥וּ בְ֝ךָ֗ אֹהֲבֵ֥י שְׁמֶֽךָ׃

오직 주에게 피하는 자는 다 기뻐하며 주의 보호로 인하여 영영히 기뻐 외치며 주의 이름을 사랑하는 자들은 주를 즐거워하리이다

For this reason, it is written: "And no herb of the field had yet grown." This means that the righteous man was not yet grown - Moses, who validates, "Truth shall spring (grow) out of the earth" (Tehilim 85:12). As (the truth) is described: "And it cast down the truth to the ground" (Daniel 8:12), the students of the Torah, who are like the plants. But they do not grow in exile until "Truth shall spring out of the earth".
