시편 144:15의 Musar

אַשְׁרֵ֣י הָ֭עָם שֶׁכָּ֣כָה לּ֑וֹ אַֽשְׁרֵ֥י הָ֝עָ֗ם שֶׁיֲהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָֽיו׃

이러한 백성은 복이 있나니 여호와를 자기 하나님으로 삼는 백성은 복이 있도다

When a person has examined himself for sins and has been unable to find such sins G–d has no fault to find with him and He will accept such a person's effort to atone with his own flesh for any shortcomings of his in the form of a peace offering, שלמים. Thus far the words of Tolaat Yaakov.

It is stated in the Zohar (Parashas Emor, 94a) that when Israel first lauds the Holy One Blessed is He with songs of praise in their synagogues and study halls and afterwards come home to arrange their houses and tables in honor of Shabbos and Yom Tov, the angels proclaim, “Fortunate is the people whose lot is thus!” (Tehillim 144:15).
