heisst Mischungs-Blut. Worüber oben 2, 2 gesprochen wurde. תבוסה, vom Stamm ביס, das „vermischen“ bedeutet. Daher ביסא die Schüssel, in welcher das Speiseopfer angerührt wird. Im samarit. Targum wird בליל (gemischt) mit פסיס übersetzt. In Jes. 22, 5 ist מבוסה synonym mit מהומה und מבוכה, Verwirrung. מתבוססת בדמיך (Ez. 16, 6; 22) heisst „dich in deinem Blute wälzend“. מתגלגל = מתבוסס (denn גלגל wird auch in der Bedeutung „mischen“ beim Teige gebraucht). Danach ist תבוסת אחזיהו לבוא (2. Chron. 22, 7) = גלגול א׳ לבוא zu erklären: „es hat sich so getroffen (gewälzt), dass Ach. kam“ (vgl. נתגלגל הדבר, Sabbat 10 b).
Ibn Ezra
כילי The opposite of שוע. שוע Bountiful. A noble person, whose hands are loose, ready to give, and not closed. Comp. ושוע and turning.8This quotation is to prove that the two roots שוע and שעה are equivalent in meaning: to loosen, to be or to make ready, to move forward, to turn, to look, to trust. שוע is therefore explained by I. E. to be a person whose hands are loose or open, ready to give whenever opportunity is offered.—Rashi likewise derives שוע from שעה ═ שוע to turn, but in a more simple and natural way; a man to whom the eyes of the people are turned for assistance. Adopting a sort of homiletic explanation, כילי may be said to be composed of two words, כי לי for it belongs to me; for he says, שלי שלי what is mine shall remain mine9This is there declared to be מדת סדום the principle of the Sodomites. (Aboth 5:13)

בענני, this word, though without the dagesh in the letter נ is in the conjugation kal. It is not at all unusual that it appears without the dagesh. The reason why G’d repeats the word ענןhaving already said that He speaks of having provided clouds, is to underline the importance of that activity, just as the line מרקר קיר, “tumult and din” in Isaiah 22,5 or ותשרש שרשיה in Psalms 80,10 “and uprooted its roots.”
