עָלֶ֤יךָ ׀ נִסְמַ֬כְתִּי מִבֶּ֗טֶן מִמְּעֵ֣י אִ֭מִּי אַתָּ֣ה גוֹזִ֑י בְּךָ֖ תְהִלָּתִ֣י תָמִֽיד׃
내가 모태에서부터 주의 붙드신 바 되었으며 내 어미 배에서 주의 취하여 내신 바 되었사오니 나는 항상 주를 찬송하리이다

9 The first three months: The fetus (ולד / valad) dwells in the lower compartment (of the womb). The middle [three months]: the fetus dwells in the middle compartment. The last [three months]: the fetus dwells in the upper compartment. Once its time has come to leave, it turns around and leaves. This is (this causes) the birth pangs of a woman.
