בְּשַׁלְוָ֞ה וּבְמִשְׁמַנֵּ֣י מְדִינָה֮ יָבוֹא֒ וְעָשָׂ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹא־עָשׂ֤וּ אֲבֹתָיו֙ וַאֲב֣וֹת אֲבֹתָ֔יו בִּזָּ֧ה וְשָׁלָ֛ל וּרְכ֖וּשׁ לָהֶ֣ם יִבְז֑וֹר וְעַ֧ל מִבְצָרִ֛ים יְחַשֵּׁ֥ב מַחְשְׁבֹתָ֖יו וְעַד־עֵֽת׃
W czasie bezpieczeństwa przyjdzie nawet na najgrubsze miejsca prowincji; i uczyni to, czego nie uczynili jego ojcowie, ani jego ojcowie'ojcowie: rozproszy między nimi zdobycz i zepsuje, i substancję; tak, będzie wymyślał swe urządzenia przeciwko fortecom, ale tylko do czasu.
