וֵֽאלָהָ֞א דִּ֣י שַׁכִּ֧ן שְׁמֵ֣הּ תַּמָּ֗ה יְמַגַּ֞ר כָּל־מֶ֤לֶךְ וְעַם֙ דִּ֣י ׀ יִשְׁלַ֣ח יְדֵ֗הּ לְהַשְׁנָיָ֛ה לְחַבָּלָ֛ה בֵּית־אֱלָהָ֥א דֵ֖ךְ דִּ֣י בִירוּשְׁלֶ֑ם אֲנָ֤ה דָרְיָ֙וֶשׁ֙ שָׂ֣מֶת טְעֵ֔ם אָסְפַּ֖רְנָא יִתְעֲבִֽד׃ (פ)
i niech Bóg, który sprawił, aby Jego imię tam mieszkało, powali wszystkich królów i ludy, które wyciągną rękę, aby to zmienić, aby zniszczyć ten dom Boży, który jest w Jerozolimie. Ja, Dariusz, wydałem dekret; niech się to stanie z całą starannością.'
