וְכָל־הַנִּשְׁאָ֗ר מִֽכָּל־הַמְּקֹמוֹת֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר ה֣וּא גָֽר־שָׁם֒ יְנַשְּׂא֙וּהוּ֙ אַנְשֵׁ֣י מְקֹמ֔וֹ בְּכֶ֥סֶף וּבְזָהָ֖ב וּבִרְכ֣וּשׁ וּבִבְהֵמָ֑ה עִם־הַ֨נְּדָבָ֔ה לְבֵ֥ית הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
A kto by pozostał, w każdym miejscu, w którym przebywa, niech mężowie z jego miejsca pomogą mu srebrem, złotem, dobrami i zwierzętami, oprócz ofiary wolnej woli za dom Boży, który jest w Jeruzalem.'

And whoever remains and every Jew who remains in his place, who cannot ascend because he has no money.
