וְעָלָ֨ה הַגְּב֥וּל ׀ דְּבִרָה֮ מֵעֵ֣מֶק עָכוֹר֒ וְצָפ֜וֹנָה פֹּנֶ֣ה אֶל־הַגִּלְגָּ֗ל אֲשֶׁר־נֹ֙כַח֙ לְמַעֲלֵ֣ה אֲדֻמִּ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר מִנֶּ֖גֶב לַנָּ֑חַל וְעָבַ֤ר הַגְּבוּל֙ אֶל־מֵי־עֵ֣ין שֶׁ֔מֶשׁ וְהָי֥וּ תֹצְאֹתָ֖יו אֶל־עֵ֥ין רֹגֵֽל׃
Następnie ciągnie się granica w górę ku Debirowi, w kierunku od doliny Achor, i zwraca się ku północy do Gilgal, które po przeciwległej stronie wyżyny Adummim, położonej na południu strumienia. Poczem ciągnie się granica ku wodzie En-Szemesz i ciągnie się dalej aż do źródła En-Rogel.

And it turned northward to Gilgol. When it reached Gilgol, the boundary widens, and the borderline extends northward to Gilgol which is opposite Maalei-adumim, whose elevation [Maalei] is south of the Valley. The valley therefore is outside the borderline and is not within the boundary of Yehudah.
