וְהָסֵ֥ר כַּ֙עַס֙ מִלִּבֶּ֔ךָ וְהַעֲבֵ֥ר רָעָ֖ה מִבְּשָׂרֶ֑ךָ כִּֽי־הַיַּלְד֥וּת וְהַֽשַּׁחֲר֖וּת הָֽבֶל׃

A tak usuń zgryzotę z serca twego, a oddal cierpienie od ciała twojego; bo wiek dziecięcy i młodzieńczy marne są.
