יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָ֑י שִׁוַּ֥עְתִּי אֵ֝לֶ֗יךָ וַתִּרְפָּאֵֽנִי׃
Boże Panie mój, wołałem do Ciebie, a Tyś mnie uleczył.
