וְרָאָה֩ הַכֹּהֵ֨ן אֶת־הַנֶּ֜תֶק בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִ֗י וְ֠הִנֵּה לֹא־פָשָׂ֤ה הַנֶּ֙תֶק֙ בָּע֔וֹר וּמַרְאֵ֕הוּ אֵינֶ֥נּוּ עָמֹ֖ק מִן־הָע֑וֹר וְטִהַ֤ר אֹתוֹ֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְכִבֶּ֥ס בְּגָדָ֖יו וְטָהֵֽר׃
I obejrzy kapłan strup dnia siódmego, a oto nie rozszerzył się strup po skórze, a na wejrzenie nie głębszym jest, niż skóra: poczyta go za czystego kapłan, on zaś wypierze szaty swoje i będzie czystym.
Chizkuni
וכבס בגדיו וטהר, “and after having immersed his garments in a ritual bath he shall be ritually pure.” He will not confer ritual impurity through touch lying or sitting on something or having marital relations.

וטהר, he will also become ritually pure (if he is a Nazirite) although as such he should have let his hair grow wild, etc.
