Midrasz do Sędziów 16:18
וַתֵּ֣רֶא דְלִילָ֗ה כִּֽי־הִגִּ֣יד לָהּ֮ אֶת־כָּל־לִבּוֹ֒ וַתִּשְׁלַ֡ח וַתִּקְרָא֩ לְסַרְנֵ֨י פְלִשְׁתִּ֤ים לֵאמֹר֙ עֲל֣וּ הַפַּ֔עַם כִּֽי־הִגִּ֥יד לה [לִ֖י] אֶת־כָּל־לִבּ֑וֹ וְעָל֤וּ אֵלֶ֙יהָ֙ סַרְנֵ֣י פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים וַיַּעֲל֥וּ הַכֶּ֖סֶף בְּיָדָֽם׃
Widząc tedy Delila, że otworzył jej całe serce swoje, posłała i wezwała książąt filistyńskich, donosząc im: Tym razem musicie przybyć, albowiem otworzył mi całe serce swoje! Przybyli tedy do niej książęta filistyńscy i przynieśli przyrzeczone pieniądze ze sobą.
Midrash Tanchuma
Dan shall be a serpent on the way (Gen. 49:16). All animals travel about in pairs, but the serpent goes about alone. And just as the serpent is vengeful so too was Samson, as is said: I may be this once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes (Judg. 16:18). When Jacob saw him he exclaimed: I wait for Thy salvation, O Lord (Gen. 49:18).
