לֹ֤א אֶֽעֱשֶׂה֙ חֲר֣וֹן אַפִּ֔י לֹ֥א אָשׁ֖וּב לְשַׁחֵ֣ת אֶפְרָ֑יִם כִּ֣י אֵ֤ל אָֽנֹכִי֙ וְלֹא־אִ֔ישׁ בְּקִרְבְּךָ֣ קָד֔וֹשׁ וְלֹ֥א אָב֖וֹא בְּעִֽיר׃
Niechciałbym spełnić zapalczywego gniewu Mojego, niechciałbym znowu zniszczyć Efraima; gdyż Bóg Ja, a nie człowiek, Święty w pośród ciebie, a nie przyjdę jako wróg.

R’ Nachman said to R’ Yitzchak: What does this verse mean? “In your midst is the Holy One, and I will not enter a city.” (Hoshea 11:9) Because the Holy One is in your midst, I will not enter a city?!
