וְעַתָּה֙ הִשָּׁ֣מְרִי נָ֔א וְאַל־תִּשְׁתִּ֖י יַ֣יִן וְשֵׁכָ֑ר וְאַל־תֹּאכְלִ֖י כָּל־טָמֵֽא׃
A przeto odtąd chciej się wystrzegać, abyś nie piła wina, ani napoju mocnego, a nie jadała nic nieczystego.

Speak to Bnei Yisroel, saying: these are the living things that you may eat from among all the animals that are on the earth.
