וַיְהִ֖י בְּעֵ֣ת לִדְתָּ֑הּ וְהִנֵּ֥ה תְאוֹמִ֖ים בְּבִטְנָֽהּ׃

I okazało się w czasie porodu jej, a oto - bliźnięta w jej łonie.

But it was in the time of her giving birth, that, behold, twins were in her womb.
