Targum do Izajasza 47:7

וַתֹּ֣אמְרִ֔י לְעוֹלָ֖ם אֶהְיֶ֣ה גְבָ֑רֶת עַ֣ד לֹא־שַׂ֥מְתְּ אֵ֙לֶּה֙ עַל־לִבֵּ֔ךְ לֹ֥א זָכַ֖רְתְּ אַחֲרִיתָֽהּ׃ (ס)

Mniemałaś: wiecznie panią będę; tak, że nie wzięłaś tego do serca, a nie pamiętałaś na koniec tego.

And thou saidst, I shall be the mighty one of kingdoms, so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the end of them.
