Targum do Izajasza 22:9

וְאֵ֨ת בְּקִיעֵ֧י עִיר־דָּוִ֛ד רְאִיתֶ֖ם כִּי־רָ֑בּוּ וַֽתְּקַבְּצ֔וּ אֶת־מֵ֥י הַבְּרֵכָ֖ה הַתַּחְתּוֹנָֽה׃

I na wyłomy grodu Dawida spoglądaliście, że ich wiele, i gromadziliście wody stawu dolnego.

And the breaches of the city of David ye shall see, because they are many; and ye shall gather together the people to the lower pool.
