הִנֵּ֨ה עַל־הֶהָרִ֜ים רַגְלֵ֤י מְבַשֵּׂר֙ מַשְׁמִ֣יעַ שָׁל֔וֹם חָגִּ֧י יְהוּדָ֛ה חַגַּ֖יִךְ שַׁלְּמִ֣י נְדָרָ֑יִךְ כִּי֩ לֹ֨א יוֹסִ֥יף ע֛וֹד לעבור־[לַֽעֲבָר־] בָּ֥ךְ בְּלִיַּ֖עַל כֻּלֹּ֥ה נִכְרָֽת׃
Oto po górach stopy zwiastuna, zwiastującego zbawienie! Świętuj Judo uroczystości twoje, spełniaj twoje śluby! gdyż nie wyruszy już przeciw tobie nikczemnik - doszczętnie on zgładzony.
Targum Jonathan on Nahum
Behold upon the mountains of the land of Israel [B. R. omits of the land] the feet of the bearer of glad tidings, the proclaimer of peace! Celebrate, O Judah, thy feasts, fulfil thy vows; because the wicked shall not pass over thee again. They are all cut off.
