Targum do Liczb 21:8
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה עֲשֵׂ֤ה לְךָ֙ שָׂרָ֔ף וְשִׂ֥ים אֹת֖וֹ עַל־נֵ֑ס וְהָיָה֙ כָּל־הַנָּשׁ֔וּךְ וְרָאָ֥ה אֹת֖וֹ וָחָֽי׃
I rzekł Wiekuisty do Mojżesza: "Zrób sobie węża, a utwierdź go na drzewcu, i będzie, że ktokolwiek ukąszony nań wejrzy, wyzdrowieje."
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And the Lord said to Mosheh, Make thee a serpent of brass, and set it upon a place aloft; and it shall be that when a serpent hath bitten any one, if he behold it, then shall he live, if his heart be directed to the Name of the Word of the Lord.
