וַיַּ֣עַן בִּלְעָ֗ם וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ אֶל־עַבְדֵ֣י בָלָ֔ק אִם־יִתֶּן־לִ֥י בָלָ֛ק מְלֹ֥א בֵית֖וֹ כֶּ֣סֶף וְזָהָ֑ב לֹ֣א אוּכַ֗ל לַעֲבֹר֙ אֶת־פִּי֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהָ֔י לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת קְטַנָּ֖ה א֥וֹ גְדוֹלָֽה׃
I odpowiedział Bileam, i rzekł do sług Balaka: "Choćby mi dawał Balak pełen dom swój srebra i złota, nie mógłbym przekroczyć rozkazu Wiekuistego, Boga mojego, i uczynić co małego lub wielkiego;
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And Bileam answered the servants of Balak, and said, If Balak would give me out of his treasury a house full of silver and gold, I have no power to transgress the decree <gzyrt> of the Word <mymr'> of the Lord my God, to fabricate a word <mlt'> either small or great.
