Targum do Liczb 31:13

וַיֵּ֨צְא֜וּ מֹשֶׁ֨ה וְאֶלְעָזָ֧ר הַכֹּהֵ֛ן וְכָל־נְשִׂיאֵ֥י הָעֵדָ֖ה לִקְרָאתָ֑ם אֶל־מִח֖וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃

I wyszli Mojżesz i Elazar, kapłan, i wszyscy naczelnicy zboru na spotkanie ich po za obóz;

And Mosheh and Elazar the priest, with all the heads of the congregation, went forth to meet them without the camp.
