יִשְׁגּ֤וּ צֹאנִי֙ בְּכָל־הֶ֣הָרִ֔ים וְעַ֖ל כָּל־גִּבְעָ֣ה רָמָ֑ה וְעַ֨ל כָּל־פְּנֵ֤י הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ נָפֹ֣צוּ צֹאנִ֔י וְאֵ֥ין דּוֹרֵ֖שׁ וְאֵ֥ין מְבַקֵּֽשׁ׃

As minhas ovelhas andaram desgarradas por todos os montes, e por todo alto outeiro; sim, as minhas ovelhas andaram espalhadas por toda a face da terra, sem haver quem as procurasse, ou as buscasse.

My flock strayed They wander astray over the face of all the mountains; i.e., they are going free for anyone to do to them as he wishes, and you did not reprove them and did not judge between a man and his fellow.
