וְהוּכַ֣ח בְּ֭מַכְאוֹב עַל־מִשְׁכָּב֑וֹ וריב [וְר֖וֹב] עֲצָמָ֣יו אֵתָֽן׃

Também é castigado na sua cama com dores, e com incessante contenda nos seus ossos;

And he is chastised an expression of reproof that he repent of his iniquity,
