וְנָחָ֥ה עָלָ֖יו ר֣וּחַ יְהוָ֑ה ר֧וּחַ חָכְמָ֣ה וּבִינָ֗ה ר֤וּחַ עֵצָה֙ וּגְבוּרָ֔ה ר֥וּחַ דַּ֖עַת וְיִרְאַ֥ת יְהוָֽה׃

E repousará sobre ele o Espírito do SENHOR, o espírito de sabedoria e de entendimento, o espírito de conselho e de fortaleza, o espírito de conhecimento e de temor do SENHOR.

Ibn Ezra on Isaiah

ונחֽה And shall rest. Comp. ושבֽה (Lev. 23:13), And she shall return. It is a verb 4The rule is that the third person feminine past Kal of verbs ע״ו has the accent on the first syllable, but with Vav conversive on the second.—I.E. means perhaps to say that ונחה is derived from נוח, not from ינח..(נוח) ע״ו
