מֵעַ֖י רֻתְּח֥וּ וְלֹא־דָ֗מּוּ קִדְּמֻ֥נִי יְמֵי־עֹֽנִי׃
As minhas entranhas fervem e não descansam; os dias da aflição me surpreenderam.
