אַתָּה־הוּא֙ יְהוָ֣ה הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֤ר בָּחַ֙רְתָּ֙ בְּאַבְרָ֔ם וְהוֹצֵאת֖וֹ מֵא֣וּר כַּשְׂדִּ֑ים וְשַׂ֥מְתָּ שְּׁמ֖וֹ אַבְרָהָֽם׃
Tu és o SENHOR, o Deus que elegeste a Abrão, e o tiraste de Ur dos caldeus, e lhe puseste por nome Abraão;
Rashi on Nehemiah
and made Heb. וְשַּׂמְתָּ. The accent is on the first syllable on the “sin,” because its meaning is in the past tense.
