מַ֭חֲשָׁבוֹת בְּעֵצָ֣ה תִכּ֑וֹן וּ֝בְתַחְבֻּל֗וֹת עֲשֵׂ֣ה מִלְחָמָֽה׃
Os projetos se confirmam pelos conselhos; assim, pois, com prudencia faze a guerra.
