בְּאֵ֣ין חָ֭זוֹן יִפָּ֣רַֽע עָ֑ם וְשֹׁמֵ֖ר תּוֹרָ֣ה אַשְׁרֵֽהוּ׃
Onde não há profecia, o povo se corrompe; mas o que guarda a lei esse é bem-aventurado.
