Deuteronômio 3:11 Halacá: Shulchan Arukh, Orach Chayim

Shulchan Arukh, Orach Chayim

7. Houses constructed in a settled and populated area, if they are located in a wilderness or rural region where wild animals are common, and a wild animal climbs onto the roof and takes a child from its crib (meaning a small bed made of iron), then it is considered sent. However, if it did not reach that specific crib, it is not considered sent. This applies to humans who endanger themselves by coming to a wildlife habitat. As for other types of crawling creatures on the land and flying creatures that were sent and caused harm, such as sending snakes and scorpions that cause harm but are not lethal, not to mention lice, mosquitoes, and the like, one does not fast or sound the alarm for them.
