Sh’mi (eng. ‘my name’) plus Yud-Hei is 365 in numerical value, and Zichri (eng. ‘my memorial’) plus Vav-Hei equals 248. Thus he damages all of the Positive and Negative Precepts, and he needs afflictions like these for all of them specifically.
