וַיֵּלְכ֡וּ וַיָּבֹאוּ֩ אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֨ה וְאֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֜ן וְאֶל־כָּל־עֲדַ֧ת בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל אֶל־מִדְבַּ֥ר פָּארָ֖ן קָדֵ֑שָׁה וַיָּשִׁ֨יבוּ אוֹתָ֤ם דָּבָר֙ וְאֶת־כָּל־הָ֣עֵדָ֔ה וַיַּרְא֖וּם אֶת־פְּרִ֥י הָאָֽרֶץ׃
E, chegando, apresentaram-se a Moisés e a Arão, e a toda a congregação dos filhos de Israel, no deserto de Parã, em Cades; e deram-lhes notícias, a eles e a toda a congregação, e mostraram-lhes o fruto da terra.

17 (Numb. 13:26-28) “Then they went and came unto Moses and unto Aaron…. And they recounted to him and said, ‘We came unto the land …. However [the people who dwell in the land] are strong….’”: Such is the way of those who recount slander. They open with what is good and finish with what is ill.

(Numb. 13:26-28) THEN THEY WENT AND CAME <UNTO MOSES AND UNTO AARON>…. AND THEY RECOUNTED TO HIM AND SAID: WE CAME <UNTO THE LAND>…. HOWEVER <THE PEOPLE WHO DWELL IN THE LAND> ARE STRONG….
