מִתֵּ֣ת ׀ לְאַחַ֣ד מֵהֶ֗ם מִבְּשַׂ֤ר בָּנָיו֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יֹאכֵ֔ל מִבְּלִ֥י הִשְׁאִֽיר־ל֖וֹ כֹּ֑ל בְּמָצוֹר֙ וּבְמָצ֔וֹק אֲשֶׁ֨ר יָצִ֥יק לְךָ֛ אֹיִבְךָ֖ בְּכָל־שְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃
recusando-se a dar a qualquer deles da carne dos seus próprios filhos que estará comendo, porque nada lhe restará, durante o cerco e a angústia com que o teu inimigo te pressionará em todas as tuas cidades.

For the meaning of this verse is like (v.10), "have no regrets when you give to him," and (Deut. 28:55-56), "begrudge the husband of her bosom, and her son and her daughter" "from sharing with one of them," for grievousness in the eyes, and hardening of the mind, refer to the giving of money to others.
