לֹֽא־יָמִ֞ישׁ עַמּ֤וּד הֶֽעָנָן֙ יוֹמָ֔ם וְעַמּ֥וּד הָאֵ֖שׁ לָ֑יְלָה לִפְנֵ֖י הָעָֽם׃ (פ)
A coluna de nuvem não se retirava de dia, nem a coluna de fogo de noite, de diante do povo. {פ}

Yet You, in Your many mercies, did not forsake them in the desert. The pillar of cloud did not depart from them by day to lead them on the way, and the pillar of fire by night to light them on the way they were to go.
